Guido Gazzola is an international executive with more than 25 years of experience across entrepreneurship, general management, commercial development and asset-intensive businesses. He is Senior Director, Global Strategic Business Development at VTG Europe, a former CEO and managing director, an Executive Board Member of UIP and Vice President of Conftrasporto and ASSOFERR.

Guido Gazzola is an international executive whose career connects entrepreneurship, general management, commercial strategy, industrial assets and technology. He founded Loginformatica, served as CEO and shareholder of SoGeTank, expanded the business into European markets and managed its sale to VTG. He later led VTG’s Italian activities with responsibility for P&L, teams, risk and market development, before taking European responsibility for an asset segment of more than 36,000 wagons. He is now Senior Director, Global Strategic Business Development at VTG Europe. Alongside his corporate roles, he has held long-standing positions in Italian and European industry associations, including the UIP Executive Board, the vice presidency of Conftrasporto and the presidency and vice presidency of ASSOFERR. His work focuses on growth, leadership, technology-enabled transformation and the future of asset-intensive businesses.
