1. Location, destinations and navigation

Precise location is needed to calculate and follow the route. During active navigation it may be updated in the background to maintain guidance and progress.

2. Group trips and chat

The optional feature uses Apple CloudKit to share the trip code, chosen name, position, ETA and messages with people who know the code. The trip expires after 24 hours.

3. Account and synchronization

The optional VidiVadi account synchronizes saved trips between the Planner and app, including stops, dates, preferences and Premium entitlements. The data is not used for advertising.

4. Data on the device

Preferences, recent destinations, planned journeys and random identifiers are stored locally. Technical credentials are protected in the iOS Keychain.

5. Premium subscription

Purchase, trial, renewal and cancellation are managed by Apple. SabettaWorks receives no card number or complete payment details.

6. Providers

Depending on the chosen feature, the app uses Apple services, TomTom, LocationIQ, MET Norway, OpenStreetMap, MapLibre, Wikimedia and European public catalogues.

7. Affiliate links and external bookings

To find relevant activities, the Planner may send Viator the POI name, location and, when confirmed, the travel date; it does not send your name, contact details or account data. Results may include clearly identified affiliate links to Viator or, for selected Italian POIs, Weekend in Italy through CJ Affiliate. When you choose “Choose a hotel”, VidiVadi loads Stay22 only after your explicit confirmation and may send the destination or coordinates, confirmed dates, number of guests and rooms, and a random trip and stay identifier. The map may show hotels and affiliate links to third-party booking providers. If you book, Stay22 may report the provider, transaction identifier and status, property, destination, dates and commission to VidiVadi so the stay can be reconciled; we do not receive your name, contact details, card number or complete payment data. Booking, payment, cancellation and support remain with the external site. Stay22 and the supplier may process cookies, identifiers, and click or purchase data under their respective notices. VidiVadi may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and the Planner remains free to use without purchasing.

8. Data we do not collect

• No advertising identifier
• No contacts, photos or audio
• No sale of data
• No mandatory account

9. Retention, security and rights

We use encrypted connections and random identifiers. You may request access, correction or deletion by email.

10. Road safety

Maps, traffic, weather and directions may be incomplete. Road signs, real conditions and authorities’ instructions always prevail. Do not use the phone while driving.
